At Luxe Craft, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction and trust in our brand. This Warranty Policy details the coverage and procedures for requesting warranty service.

Warranty coverage:

  • Product Coverage: This warranty covers the movements and functionality of watches manufactured by Luxe Craft and purchased from Luxe Craft or an authorized distributor.

The warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use and maintenance.

  • Parts and labor needed to repair the defects.

  • Movements that stop working and have not been exposed to liquids.

  • Warranty period: The warranty period is 2 years from the original purchase date by the first buyer.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period and under normal use. During the warranty period, products or product parts that prove defective due to improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

  • Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, failures, or damage that do not result from defects in materials or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. (See watch care instructions for proper use.)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence.
  • Damage resulting from modifications initiated by the customer or from opening the watch case.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions on the product or accompanying materials.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, color fading, or discoloration.
  • Water ingress or immersion of the watch (orders with the upgraded water resistance option are covered).

How to make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us: To request warranty service, you must contact us at info@luxecft.com or +34 604 12 77 76 to determine the problem and the most suitable solution for you.
  2. Proof of purchase: You will be asked to provide an original proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
  3. Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the defective product to Luxe Craft. If the warranty claim is justified, Luxe Craft will cover the shipping costs of the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
  4. Service process: Once received, Luxe Craft will inspect the product and contact you within a reasonable time to inform you about the status of your warranty claim.

Limitation of liability:

Luxe Craft will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or arising from any breach of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Changes to the warranty policy:

Luxe Craft reserves the right to change this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our official website and will be effective immediately.
