Refund Policy
At Luxe Craft, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy below.

Returns for damaged or defective items:
If your item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Returns for exchange:
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees (unless it is a quality issue), but the new item will be shipped at no additional cost. The watch must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Otherwise, we will only replace items that arrived defective or damaged.

Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects:
At Luxe Craft, all orders can be returned for a full refund, except in the following cases:
- Watches created through our configurator.
- Custom watches based on combinations requested outside of our website.
- Watches with custom logos.
If your order does not fall within these categories and is not related to a quality issue, it is eligible for a full refund. Accessories can also be returned and refunded, provided they are in their original packaging and in new condition.

Return process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@luxecft.com . Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation, if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return conditions:
- The watch must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- Any accessories or additional items included in the original packaging must also be returned.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

14-day cooling period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the item is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
